“Aarambh”, is an interactive platform specially curated for leaders by The School of Inspirational Leadership ( SIL).
Aarambh is the foundation for setting up the Annual Operating Plan for the year for entrepreneurs who are gearing up to take up new opportunities at the beginning of the new financial year.
SIL, with its team of mentors and industry experts, handholds all leaders who are navigating a dream to become successful entrepreneurs.
As the word ‘ Aarambh ’ signifies, it is the new beginning of desires, ideas, actions, and achievements. It is a time to shine bright, carrying the teachings from the previous year along.
The program is designed to strategize and plan ahead for the participants to make their aspirations a tangible plan with the help of exercises, do-it-yourself (DIY) kits, videos and Q&A sessions with mentors.
The culmination of the program is a unique meet and greet session, where-in SIL experts personally advise participants in various developmental arenas to spur the growth of business and leaders.
Aarambh 2023 – 24 is scheduled for February 2023.
